14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in accordance with the rules and regulations of arbitration in Europe. The seat of the arbitral tribunal shall be determined within Europe, as agreed upon by the disputing parties or appointed by the arbitration institution.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to this contract, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Europe Rules of International Arbitration of the European Chambers’ Arbitration Institution in force on the date on which the Notice of Arbitration is submitted in accordance with these Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat of the arbitration shall be determined within Europe, as agreed upon by the disputing parties or appointed by the arbitration institution. The arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in English. Notwithstanding the foregoing in this paragraph, EnterVPN reserves the right to seek interim relief at any competent court having jurisdiction within Europe.

15. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EnterVPN. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
