Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 24-hour Money Back Guarantee for all new accounts. If you’re not satisfied with our service within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds Beyond 24 Hours

For refund requests beyond the initial 24-hour window, we will assess them on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of EnterVPN. If you can demonstrate that our service was unavailable or unusable during your subscription period and you made reasonable attempts to contact us for assistance, we may provide a pro-rata refund for the period when the service was not available or usable.

Refund Process

Refunds are typically processed within seven (7) days and will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that due to currency conversion or other factors, the refunded amount may vary from the original payment.

Exceptions

If you have made changes to your original purchase, such as upgrading to a longer billing term or adding more licenses to the same account, this will waive your eligibility for the Money Back Guarantee.

Apple App Store Users

If you’ve subscribed to EnterVPN through the Apple App Store (iTunes), please be aware that the 24-hour money-back guarantee is not applicable. Refund requests for such subscriptions are subject to Apple Support’s discretion.
